How To Cook Milk Pizza With Zucchini, Corn And Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of white flour
  • 7 grams of dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 10 milliliters of olive oil
  • 200 milliliters of warm water

 

for the stuffing 

 

  • 1 green zucchini
  • 1 yellow zucchini
  • 100 grams of canned corn
  • 2 tablespoons strained yogurt
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
  • chopped fresh parsley
  • 150 grams of grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • a pinch of crushed savory

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, mix the flour and yeast. In another bowl, combine the water, salt, olive oil, sugar and mix with the dry ingredients. Prepare a soft dough and leave to rise.

Roll out the crust, put it in a greased pan sprinkled with flour and smear the marsh with strained milk. Sprinkle with oregano, basil, savory, salt and garlic powder. Finely chop the zucchini and arrange the circles on top.

Sprinkle with corn, parsley and cheese. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pizza for 20 minutes. Season with black pepper, cut and serve warm.
