How To Cook Milk Potato Salad With Eggs And Baked Bacon - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Milk potato salad with eggs and baked bacon". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 stalk of chervil
  • 100 grams of milk mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 2-3 slices of finely chopped and baked bacon
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 green pepper
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • juice of one lime

Method of preparation:

Boil, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Put them in a bowl and add finely chopped red onion, chervil, pepper. Pour the yogurt, mayonnaise and season with salt, pepper and lime juice.

Stir and pour the mixture into a plate. Arrange the halved eggs, sprinkle with paprika and garnish with the baked bacon. Serve the salad cold, sprinkled with fresh spices of your choice.
