How To Cook Milk Pudding With Semolina And Fruit Syrup - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 5 tablespoons semolina
  • 1 egg
  • about 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • about 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • fruit syrup

Method of preparation is:

Bring the water to a boil, add salt and sugar, reduce heat. Slowly and gradually pour the semolina and without stirring, pour the hot milk. Cook until thickened. Add the butter and cool. Next is the egg (it is better to break it in advance). Grease suitable molds with oil (you can also sprinkle with breadcrumbs), distribute the resulting mixture in them and place in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.

Pour fruit syrup over the finished pudding.

You can make caramel on the bottom of the mold if you wish.
