How To Cook Milk Salad With Potatoes, Cheese And Eggs - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of boiled potatoes
  • 200 grams of cow's cheese
  • half a bunch of fresh dill
  • half a bunch of fresh onions
  • 150 grams of marinated mushrooms
  • 2-3 boiled eggs
  • 500 grams of strained yogurt
  • salt, pepper and garlic powder
  • pitted green and black olives for decoration


Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, chop the potatoes, add chopped fresh onions, dill and add the mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Stir and grate the cheese and eggs.

Cover the salad with skim milk. From the olives, cut circles and arrange them on the salad, alternating colors so as to obtain bodies of bees. Put a whole green olive on one side for the heads.

For wings, use a chopped stalk of the white part of the fresh onion, and for antennae, thin slices of green. Cool and serve the salad with a drink of your choice.
