Required products :

950 grams of plain skim yogurt

350 grams of red peppers (not hot)

60 grams of cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

1 teaspoon mix of other spices to your taste and desire

1 clove garlic

Method of preparation :

Bake the peppers in the oven, peel them when cool, remove the seeds and chop finely. Mash the cheese with a fork and the garlic with a press.

Pour the milk into a sieve (or gauze) and leave it for 15 minutes to drain the excess liquid. Transfer to a bowl, add the prepared peppers, cheese, garlic, dill, spices and mix everything thoroughly.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.

Serve the sauce with toast or chips. You can store it for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
