Learn how to cook "Milk sauce with cheese, red peppers and garlic". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
900 grams of skim yogurt
350 grams of roasted red peppers
60-100 grams of cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 clove of garlic
other spices of your choice and taste
Method of preparation :
Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small pieces. Mash the cheese with a fork, peel the garlic and crush or use a press.
Pour the milk into a strainer and let it stand for 15 minutes to drain off the excess liquid. Then transfer it to a bowl and add the peppers, garlic, cheese, chopped fresh dill and other spices if you prefer. Mix everything thoroughly, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and store the sauce for an hour in the refrigerator.
Serve it with fresh bread or chips.
