How To Cook Milk Sauce With Garlic, Lemon And Parmesan - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Milk sauce with garlic, lemon and parmesan". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed or finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise or yogurt
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, finely grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

Method of preparation :

  • In a medium bowl, combine the lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard. Stir well.
  • Add the mayonnaise or yoghurt and mix again until smooth and creamy.
  • Add parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir and transfer to the saucer.
  • Serve the milk sauce with salads, snacks, meat dishes or other, according to taste.
