Pour the milk and oil into a bowl and beat with a blender (you can do this directly in a glass jar in which you will store the finished sauce). If the milk is cold and the oil is at room temperature, the mayonnaise will thicken after pouring the citrus juice. In case the two liquids are at room temperature, the thickening will be a fact after 10 seconds of breaking.
Add salt, sugar, mustard and lemon juice.
The sauce is ready, of course, this is an alternative to mayonnaise and can be useful for people who for one reason or another should not consume raw eggs.
