300 milliliters of fresh milk
300 grams of yellow cheese
60 milliliters of high-fat liquid cream
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Pour the milk into a suitable container and put it on the stove to boil. When this happens, add the cream and stir. Then add the grated yellow cheese, season to taste and cook the sauce for 10 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly.
