How To Cook Milk Semolina Dessert With Condensed Milk And Chocolate Glaze - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Milk semolina dessert with condensed milk and chocolate glaze". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

12-15 biscuits (ordinary)
500 milliliters of fresh milk
300 milliliters of condensed milk a
pinch of salt
150 grams of semolina
50-100 grams of butter

For the glaze:
50 milliliters of milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
50 grams of chocolate
1 teaspoon of starch

Method of preparation :
First prepare a form in which you will make the dessert. It should have a capacity of about 1.3-1.5 liters.
Cover the inside of the form with plastic wrap and grease thoroughly with oil.
Rinse a small saucepan (preferably aluminum) with cold water and the milk in it. Put on high heat and add condensed milk. Bring the mixture to a boil, add salt and pour in a bowl of semolina in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Immediately add the butter, stir until dissolved and until the porridge thickens (about a minute).
Remove the mixture from the heat and immediately pour 3/4 of it into the prepared form. Level the surface and cover tightly with a row of biscuits. Pour the remaining porridge over them and biscuits again.
Leave the dessert for 2-3 hours, then turn over on a suitable plate and remove the form and foil.
Make the glaze. To do this, pour the milk into a suitable bowl, add sugar and starch. Put on the stove and let the sugar dissolve completely. When this happens, add the chocolate, broken into pieces. Allow the mixture to boil until smooth, but do not become too thick.
Let cool but keep warm. Pour the dessert evenly with the prepared glaze and serve for at least 30 minutes after that.
Enjoy your meal!
