Required products :

3 teaspoons semolina
3 teaspoons coconut shavings
1 teaspoon fresh milk
pinch of salt
powdered sugar to taste

Method of preparation :

Pour the milk into a suitable container, put a pinch of salt and place on the stove. Once the milk boils, gradually add the semolina (keep the heat low). To prevent lumps from forming, stir constantly with an egg whisk and the movements should be clockwise. Cook until thickened (about 10 minutes).
Five minutes before removing from the heat, add the coconut shavings and powdered sugar to taste.
Cover the finished dish with a lid and let it stand for 5 minutes so that the semolina can absorb the coconut aroma.
You can decorate with fruit or grated citrus peels.
