Necessary products:

 

  • 100 milliliters of almond milk
  • 50 grams of oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 50 grams of frozen blueberries, maybe fresh
  • 2 teaspoons acai berry powder

 

Method of preparation:

 

Soak the oats and seeds in the almond milk from the evening. In the morning, pour the mixture into a blender, add the bananas, blueberries and beat until smooth.

Divide the mixture into bowls, garnish with blueberries, frozen or fresh fruit of your choice and sprinkle with icing. Serve and enjoy a wholesome and healthy breakfast.
