How To Cook Milk Sorbet With Melon And Caramelized Peanuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Milk sorbet with melon and caramelized peanuts". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 400 grams of melon
  • 250 grams of yogurt
  • 2 - 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons crushed caramelized peanuts
  • handful of dried cherries

Method of preparation :

Cut a small part of the melon into pieces, distribute them in suitable bowls and store in the refrigerator. Grind the remaining melon with a blender, add both sugar and yogurt. Mix everything well and put in the freezer for 30-50 minutes. Then remove and stir with a wire whisk.

Transfer the mixture to a plastic container and refrigerate for 4 hours or longer (until completely hardened). When you take it out of the fridge, spread the dessert in the cups on the pieces of melon. Sprinkle with crushed caramelized peanuts and garnish with dried cherries.
