Necessary products:

 

  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon natural starch
  • 300 grams of yogurt
  • 300 grams of fresh mushrooms mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • a few soft-boiled eggs
  • half a bunch of fresh dill
  • 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese, cut into cubes
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash the mushrooms and blanch them in hot, salted water. Drain and cool. Heat olive oil in a saucepan, fry them, add finely chopped onions.

Mix the milk with the yoghurt, add the starch and mix until homogeneous. Pour in the liquid, reduce the power of the hob and stir until thickened.

Finely chop the dill and season the soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle portions, garnish with eggs, cheese and sprigs of fresh spices of your choice. Serve warm and eat.
