How To Cook Milk Soup With Rosemary, Potatoes, Ham And Corn - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 3-4 fresh potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 300 grams of diced ham
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 300 grams of frozen corn
  • 6 teaspoons chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • a few sprigs of dried rosemary
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • chopped fresh parsley or cheese to sprinkle

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the potatoes, onions, ham, garlic, corn, chicken broth, salt, pepper and rosemary in a saucepan. Stir and let the soup simmer for an hour and a half.

 

Season with salt, thyme, cool the soup and remove a few potatoes. Put them in a bowl and add the cream. Stir until the products are mixed, take a ladle of broth and dilute. Pour the mixture carefully and stir. Sprinkle portions, sprinkle with parsley or cheese and serve.
