Soak the beans, boil and drain. Put it in a bowl and in another pan heat the butter and fry the chopped sausage and fresh cabbage. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Add garlic, beans, rosemary, bay leaves, the universal spice and pour the water. Stir and add olive oil. Stew the dish and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
Cool, add the cream, pour into a plate and serve the stew sprinkled with crushed hot peppers.
