How To Cook Milk Stew With Chicken, Potatoes And Vegetables - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and finely chopped
  • 250 grams of a mix of frozen vegetables
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 300 grams of natural cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 400 grams of strained yogurt

Method of preparation:

 

Pour water into a saucepan and boil the chicken breasts together with the potatoes. Drain and set aside the broth. Pour some of it into another bowl, add the mix of vegetables, meat, onions and potatoes. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper and oregano.

Let the soup simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally. Combine the strained milk with the cream cheese and the rest of the broth in a bowl.

Beat the mixture until homogeneous and pour it into the soup gradually. Stir and turn off the hob. Divide the soup into bowls, serve and eat while warm.
