for the dough:

 

  • 270 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 12 grams of match
  • 5 grams of instant yeast
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 grams of milk powder
  • 70 milliliters of whole milk
  • 10 grams of vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 30 grams of unsalted butter

 

For the filling and the coating:

 

  • 90 grams of white chocolate, finely grated
  • 12 black sesame seeds
  • 10 grams of dry yeast
  • 1/4 tea cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/3 tea cup rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • sugar for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation:

 

The dough

 

From the listed products knead the dough and leave it to rise.
