Required products :
600 grams of boiled millet
2 large onions
2 eggs
4 tablespoons flour
6 tablespoons breadcrumbs
frying oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Finely chop the onion, fry it in a little oil. When cool, add the boiled millet and beaten eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste, stir. Finally, add the flour and knead well. From the resulting "minced meat" form small meatballs, which roll on both sides in breadcrumbs.
Fry in a small amount of hot oil and serve with fresh vegetables and sour cream.
