Method of preparation:

Heat the oil in a small saucepan, fry the minced meat in it until it is almost ready, stir. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash the green onion, dry it with a paper towel and cut it into circles. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes. Cut the dill.
