Necessary products:
150 grams of hard cheese
150 grams of cream cheese with herbs
500 grams of minced meat
200 ml sour cream
400-500 grams of green onions
1 liter of vegetable broth
2 potatoes
1 onion
1 bunch of dill
3-4 cloves of garlic
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
2 s. l. flour
a pinch of sugar
black pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation:
Heat the oil in a small saucepan, fry the minced meat in it until it is almost ready, stir. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash the green onion, dry it with a paper towel and cut it into circles. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes. Cut the dill.
Add onion and garlic to the minced meat and fry until golden. Add salt, pepper, sugar and flour. Fry lightly, stir and pour the vegetable broth. Put the sliced potatoes, cream and stir. Boil for 10-15 minutes.
Then add the cream cheese and dill, bring to a boil until the potatoes are ready. Then add the hard cheese (cut into pieces), salt, season and remove from the heat. Do not serve immediately!
