Necessary products:

  • dry bread yeast two packets
  • kilogram of flour

Method of preparation:

Mix the yeast with the salt, sugar, milk and beat the eggs together with the oil. Sift the flour into a deep bowl, pour the two mixtures, make the dough and leave it to rise.

 

Divide it into equal parts, roll out and cut into circles with a glass.

 

Spread minced meat on each form, sprinkle with yellow cheese, fold and lightly press the edges.
