Required products :

  • 400 grams of minced pork
  • 1 egg
  • 2 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small carrot
  • 100 grams of rice
  • 100 grams of Dutch cheese
  • 100 grams of fried mushrooms
  • 2 slices of bread
  • sour cream for spreading
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Fry the chopped onion (one head) and carrot, add the mushrooms (which you fried beforehand) and rice. Season to taste with salt and pepper, pour water and let the mixture remain on the stove until the products are ready. Allow to cool and work with the minced meat.

First, fry the second onion, add to the minced meat and beat the egg. Put the slices of bread soaked in water and drained from it. Season and knead.

Pour the grated Dutch cheese over the already cooled rice.

Spread 2/3 of the minced meat on the bottom and walls of a suitable shape, giving the shape of a basket.

Pour the rice filling in the middle and flatten.

Cover with the remaining minced meat, pinch the edges to join the base and the surface layer. Spread the latter with sour cream.

Bake the cake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.

When ready, wait for it to cool a bit and then remove from the pan.

Cut and serve.

Have a good time!
