Required products :

300 grams of minced meat of your choice
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon butter
100 grams of yellow cheese
spices of your choice, suitable for flavoring minced meat

Method of preparation :

Put the butter in pieces at the bottom of the dish that you will use to prepare the dish. Then season the minced meat to your liking and distribute an even layer of it in the pan. Sprinkle the surface with grated yellow cheese and cover with cream.
Place in the oven and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees (maybe less) until a golden crust is formed (about an hour - the time depends on the thickness of the layer and the baking temperature).

You can serve with any garnish: vegetables, mashed potatoes, various sauces or anything else of your choice.
