How To Cook Minced Meat With Beans In Baskets From Tortilla Cakes - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 small tortilla cakes
  • 3 teaspoons oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 250 grams of minced beef
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 210 grams of canned red beans

for the salad:

  • 1 apple
  • the juice of 1 small lemon
  • 1/2 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 75 grams of iceberg
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Cut the tortilla loaves in half.

Grease the edges with 2 tablespoons of fat and place them in a muffin tin, overlapping them on the oval side to form cups in the shape of a muffin pan. Prepare a total of 8 such bowls.

Bake them for 8-9 minutes until their edges are golden.

During this time, heat the remaining oil and fry the minced meat in it for 5 minutes, crushing it. Add red pepper, cumin and beans.

Peel an apple and grate it. Add the lemon juice and stir. Sprinkle with a little black pepper.

Put 1 spoon of the iceberg in the tortilla bowls, fill with the minced meat and finish with some of the apples.

Serve the bowls with sour cream.
