How To Cook Minced Meatballs And Buckwheat In Tomato Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 liter of tomato juice
  • 600 grams of minced meat
  • 200 grams of buckwheat
  • 50 grams of sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • head old onion
  • spices: salt, sugar, bay leaf, black pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the buckwheat and boil it until ready in water in a ratio of 1: 2. If any liquid remains, drain it.

Add the finely chopped onion to the minced meat, then add the buckwheat, season, beat the raw eggs and knead until smooth.

Make meatballs (with wet hands) and fry them in hot oil until lightly browned on both sides. Arrange in a tray.

Put the bay leaf, salt, pepper, a little sugar in the tomato sauce and pour over the meatballs.

Cover the pan with foil and place it in the oven turned on at 180 degrees. Let them bake until ready (about 20-30 minutes), 5 minutes before removing them, remove the coating so that they can turn red.

Serve the meatballs hot.
