Required products :
500 grams of minced meat mixture
1 large onion
2 tablespoons couscous
4 fresh mushrooms
3 tablespoons water
1 egg
salt to taste
2 tablespoons sour cream with fat 20%
pinch of coriander
ground black pepper to taste a
pinch of garlic powder
breadcrumbs
frying oil
Method of preparation :
Peel an onion, grate it. Add to the minced meat together with the grated mushrooms. Then add the egg, couscous, cream, water, spices. Mix everything thoroughly and leave for 15 minutes.
Form meatballs, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in hot oil until they form a yellow crust. Then put in the oven and bake until done
