Necessary products:

550 g of wheat flour

3 tablespoons oil for the dough + for frying

1 egg

250 ml of carbonated mineral water

1 tsp sugar

1 teaspoon salt for the dough and for the filling - to taste

1 - 2 onions

1 kg of minced meat

50 ml of water (in the minced meat)

1-2 cloves of garlic

black pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Knead the dough from the water, egg, butter, flour, salt and sugar. Make the stuffing: grate the onion on a large grater, garlic - finely, add the minced meat to them, season with salt and pepper, pour 50 ml of cold water.

Roll out the dough, cut out circles with a diameter of 4-5 cm. Then roll out the circles, put a spoonful of the filling in one half of them and close the breakfast with the other part of the dough. Press lightly with your palms and fry in hot oil on both sides on medium heat (with lid closed).

 

You can experiment with the filling, it is delicious not only with meat, but also with vegetable, fish, mushroom or various cheeses.
