Wash and chop the parsley, mix it thyme and oregano.
Beat the eggs in the minced meat, add the breadcrumbs, spices and parmesan. Knead and divide into two equal parts.
Put one on a sheet of parchment and level the surface. Cover with a second sheet of paper and roll out to obtain a layer about half a centimeter thick.
Do the same with the remaining minced meat.
Wash the spinach, drain the liquid and fry on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add salt and boil from the stove.
Cut the smoked cheese into thin slices.
At the bottom of the pan put one "loaf" of raw minced meat together with the parchment. Remove the top sheet of paper and arrange the pieces of smoked cheese on the base, overlapping them. Next is the spinach, which you cover with the second layer of minced meat (without parchment, of course).
Squeeze the layers lightly (you can do this with your hands or with a rolling pin) and place the dish in the fridge for half an hour.
Then cut the contents of the triangles, which are fried over high heat in a little vegetable oil until a yellow crust forms on all sides.
Arrange the triangles in a pan on a sheet of parchment and bake the "sandwiches" in the oven. For their full readiness it takes 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Serve them with vegetables and favorite sauces.
