Required products :

400 grams of minced meat mixture
450 grams of spinach (can be frozen)
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
5 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon honey or 6 tablespoons brown sugar
3 eggs
5 tablespoons oatmeal
a pinch of sugar
salt and black pepper to taste
7-8 strips of bacon

Method of preparation :

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, then fry them with a pinch of sugar until transparent in 1 tablespoon of hot olive oil. Allow to cool.

If you use frozen spinach, thaw it in a pan on the stove.

Cover the walls and bottom of the rectangular cake tin with the strips of bacon, and the pieces should protrude beyond it.

Mix the minced meat with the thawed spinach, which you have previously squeezed out of the excess liquid.

Add ketchup, mustard, honey (or brown sugar) to the chilled onions and garlic.

Pour the resulting sauce over the minced meat.

Put the eggs and oats.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and knead.

Then spread in a bowl over the bacon and cover with the parts that remain out of shape.

Cover with a sheet of foil and place in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Then remove the foil and let the dish cook for another 15 minutes.

You can easily serve the casserole without any additions, because it includes garnish (spinach) and bread (oatmeal).

Enjoy your meal!
