Necessary products:

 

for cupcakes

 

  • 2/3 tea cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 5 grams of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 tea cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tea cups grated carrots

 

for the glaze

 

  • 225 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream, sweetened
  • 1 protein
  • 1/3 tea cup crystal sugar
  • 5 grams of vanilla powder
  • 50 grams of ground walnuts for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Prepare forms for mini cupcakes and grease them with butter. In a bowl, add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir, and in another bowl beat the egg, add the sugar and beat.

Add honey, vanilla and grated carrots. Combine with the dry ingredients, mix until the products are homogeneous and distribute the mixture in the molds. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cupcakes for 35-40 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by mixing the cream cheese, cream, protein and sugar in a bowl. Beat and add the vanilla. Stir, fill a syringe with cream and decorate the cupcakes when ready. Sprinkle with walnuts, arrange and serve.
