Required products :

  • 6 pea crackers, ground (about 1 tea cup)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 220 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • fresh raspberries (between 24-36 pieces)

Method of preparation :

In a 12-slot muffin tin, place pieces of paper and preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

Mix the ground crackers with the melted butter and stir. Distribute them between all 12 molds, pressing on the bottom.

Whip the cream cheese with a mixer until a fluffy cream is obtained. Add the sugar to it and stir again to dissolve. Add the eggs one by one, stirring constantly. Finally add the vanilla and beat for the last time.

Divide the filling between the 12 muffins.

Bake them for about 20-25 minutes until golden and firm.

Cool them for 1 hour, then wrap them in foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Before serving, put 2-3 raspberries in each basket and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
