How To Cook Mini Cheesecakes With Nutella And Cream Oreo - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 2 packets of Oreo biscuits
  • 100 grams of melted butter
  • 50 grams of powdered sugar
  • 300 grams of nutella chocolate
  • 300 grams of cream cheese without salt
  • syringe for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Peel the biscuits and remove the cream in a bowl with a spoon. Put them in a blender, add the butter, powdered sugar and grind. Put one tablespoon of the mixture in muffin tins lined with cupcakes.

Press with the bottom of a glass so that the base is smoothed. Mix the cream cheese with the biscuit filling and beat. Take 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture to fill the syringe. Mix the rest with the liquid chocolate and mix until homogeneous.

Sprinkle on each cake, lightly stir and decorate with a kitchen bag. Cool for 2 hours, serve and enjoy the nutella cheesecakes.
