Required products :

For the biscuit base :

  • 140 grams of Oreo biscuits
  • 45 grams of unsalted butter, melted

For cream :

  • 250 grams of cream cheese, softened
  • 240 grams of homemade Nutella or liquid chocolate
  • 65 milliliters of cream
  • 30 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

About the topping :

  • 80 grams of homemade Nutella or liquid chocolate
  • 185 milliliters of cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Method of preparation :

 

  • Distribute 12 paper cups in the nests of a standard muffin tin.
  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and add the butter. Stir.
  • Distribute the mixture in the form and press to form the biscuit base.
  • Beat the cream cheese with a mixer until smooth.
  • Add the powdered sugar, liquid chocolate, vanilla extract and cream and beat again on high speed for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Spread the cream on the biscuit crust, cover the form with plastic wrap and refrigerate while you prepare the topping.
  • Beat the cream with a mixer until it starts to thicken and add the sugar. Turn on the mixer again until the stirrers begin to form soft tips.
  • Transfer the mixture to a plastic bag for decoration and decorate the cheesecake.
  • Put the liquid chocolate in a clean plastic bag and melt it in hot water.
  • Cut one corner and decorate.
  • Serve the chocolate mini cheesecake chilled with a cup of aromatic coffee or cold milk.
