How To Cook Mini Cupcakes With Cream And Strawberries - Recipe

Required products :

for biscuits:

  • 3 teaspoons flour
  • 1 3/4 tea cup crystal sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

for strawberries:

  • 340 grams of strawberries - sliced
  • 1/4 tea cup crystal sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

for sour cream:

  • 2 teaspoons cold cooking cream
  • 1/2 cup crystal sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • * if you use confectionery cream, do not add sugar

Method of preparation :

Grease a rectangular tray measuring 33 by 45 centimeters.

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the eggs, fat, milk and vanilla and stir until a smooth cake batter is obtained.

Pour the dough into the pan and flatten it, bake it for 20-25 minutes until it starts to brown slightly. Allow the marsh to cool on a wire rack.

Put the strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice. Leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Cut the marsh into 24 circles with a diameter of 7 centimeters.

Beat the cream with the other products well.

Assemble the cake by placing a piece of cake at the bottom, strawberries on top and cream on top. Close with a second piece of swamp.
