Method of preparation :
Grease a rectangular tray measuring 33 by 45 centimeters.
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the eggs, fat, milk and vanilla and stir until a smooth cake batter is obtained.
Pour the dough into the pan and flatten it, bake it for 20-25 minutes until it starts to brown slightly. Allow the marsh to cool on a wire rack.
Put the strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice. Leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Cut the marsh into 24 circles with a diameter of 7 centimeters.
Beat the cream with the other products well.
Assemble the cake by placing a piece of cake at the bottom, strawberries on top and cream on top. Close with a second piece of swamp.
