Method of preparation:
Put the biscuits in a blender and grind them. Pour them into a bowl and add the melted butter and cocoa. Stir and make a dough. Divide it into parts, roll it out and cut round shapes with a ring. Arrange them in metal muffin tins and refrigerate.
In another bowl, pour the cream, milk, vanilla and white chocolate. Beat until smooth and distribute the cream in each basket. Cover with cling film and freeze for 3-4 hours. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the sugar and caramelize it.
Add the cream, stir and pour in the walnuts. Pour the resulting mixture on baking paper and cut round shapes using a ring. Once cooled, remove the mini ice creams and cover each with a caramel lid. Store in a chamber and remove the desserts 10 minutes before serving.
