How To Cook Mini Lasagna Rolls With Ricotta And Spinach - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Mini rolls of lasagna with ricotta and spinach". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 8 lasagna crusts, boiled
  • 1 teaspoon frozen spinach
  • 400 grams of ricotta
  • 1/2 teaspoon parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian spice
  • pizza sauce
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella or yellow cheese
  • salt and pepper if desired

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 175 degrees.

Grease a large pan with grease of your choice or spray with cooking spray.

Thaw the spinach and drain it well from the excess water - squeeze it with your hands, and then you can drain it through a towel. The goal is to drain most of the water so that the filling does not spill.

In a bowl, combine the drained spinach, ricotta, grated Parmesan cheese, add the egg, garlic and Italian spice. Season with salt and pepper.

Dry the lasagna crusts and cut in half across. Spread the filling on the crusts and roll into tight rolls.

Arrange them in the pan, and on each put a teaspoon of tomato sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Cover the pan with foil and bake for 18-20 minutes (if you want the pasta to be crispy in the pan, bake without foil).

Serve with extra tomato sauce.
