Necessary products:

 

  • 1/2 cup boiled quinoa
  • 50 grams of grated mozzarella or cheddar
  • 2 proteins
  • 1 clove garlic
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh spinach

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and spray with a non-stick muffin tin. Put the quinoa in a bowl, add the grated cheese, egg whites, finely chopped garlic, salt and spinach.

 

Mix until homogeneous. Scoop up one tablespoon and distribute in the forms. Bake the omelets for 20 minutes, cool and serve with a garnish of your choice.
