Required products :

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons flour + more to sprinkle
  • 1 teaspoon wholemeal flour
  • 2 tablespoons + 1/3 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 tablespoons butter, cut into cubes
  • 9-11 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons raspberries
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons starch
  • 1 beaten egg with 2 tablespoons of water

Method of preparation :

In a bowl put the flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar and salt. Add the butter and rub it into the flour to make crumbs. Add a little water to start the dough into a ball. Wrap it in foil and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Then divide into 10 equal balls.

Turn the oven to preheat to 175 degrees and line two large baking trays with parchment paper.

Lightly sprinkle the kitchen counter with flour and roll each ball thinly.

Mix the fruit with the starch and add 1/3 tea cup of sugar. From the mixture put 2 teaspoons in each dough circle and fold in half. With a fork, press the edges and spread with beaten egg, sprinkle with a little sugar.

Distribute in the two prepared pans and bake for 25-35 minutes until golden.
