Required products :
150 grams of flour
125 grams of butter
2 tablespoons (about 30 grams) cottage cheese

Method of preparation:
Quickly knead the flour dough with salt to taste, butter, red pepper and cottage cheese. Shape into a ball and refrigerate for an hour.
Drain the liquid from the olives.
Form the dough into a roll with a diameter of 4 - 5 centimeters and cut into pieces about a centimeter wide.
"Dress" each olive in the dough, to obtain small bites the size of a cherry, for example.
Arrange them in a tray, the bottom of which you have lined with baking paper and place in a preheated oven to 220 degrees for about 20 minutes.
