How To Cook Mini Pizzas With Minced Meat, Mushrooms And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of finished dough mixed with yeast
  • 400 grams of minced meat (pork, mixture, chicken)
  • 200 grams of mushrooms (mushrooms are used in this case)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100 grams of ketchup
  • 100 grams of mayonnaise
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation :

Use ready-made dough.

 

Fry the minced meat together with the chopped onion in hot oil until ready.

 

Cut the mushrooms. You can fry them or arrange them raw on the base.

 

Spread the dough on the bottom of a pan or make small pizzas, lifting the edges.

 

Cut the tomatoes into circles, grate the yellow cheese.

 

Spread the dough with a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise. Followed by minced meat, mushrooms, tomatoes and yellow cheese on top. Apply the sauce on each layer.

 

Bake the pizzas for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
