  • 200 grams of flour
  • 55 grams of butter - cold, cut into cubes
  • 55 grams of lard - cold, diced
  • 2-3 tablespoons of cold water
  • 1 egg

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 190 degrees.

Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease it with oil.

Sprinkle the pumpkin in the pan and sprinkle with curry, sugar, salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes, until caramelized and softened.

Meanwhile, prepare the dough.

Put the flour, butter, a pinch of salt and lard in the bowl of a food processor and combine with a few pulsations to obtain a crumbly mixture.

Add the cold water spoon by spoon, blending for a second after each. When the dough starts to form, transfer it to a floured surface and mix briefly.

Roll out and cut 8 cm circles using a cookie cutter. Arrange them in a tray and cover with a sheet of foil, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

When the pumpkin is baked, wait for it to cool completely before continuing with the recipe.

Spread a sheet of parchment paper and place it in a large pan.

Spread the dough circles with an egg beaten with a little water. Place the pumpkin in the center and fold, pressing the ends with a fork to stick well.

Brush with egg and put in the pan.

Bake for 15 minutes until the mini pies are golden.

Cool completely before serving.
