Necessary products:

 

  • 200 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 grams of vanilla powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 grams of pumpkin puree
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 100 grams of liquid white chocolate

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, place the flour mixed with the baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and mix. In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the pumpkin and mix until smooth.

Combine the mixtures and pour the contents into a rectangular tray covered with a sheet of parchment. Preheat oven to 190 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Cool the marsh, cut it lengthwise and set the strips aside. Prepare cream by mixing sour cream with powdered sugar, honey and white chocolate. Beat until smooth and fill the syringe.

Spread each strip of cream, wrap in rolls and decorate on them with shapes of your choice. Optionally, use candy or icing to give a more realistic look to the decoration. Arrange the rolls and serve.
