Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center where you knock the eggs. Stir with a fork to combine the mixtures. Pour the milk and cream in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Forge.
Add the grated cheddar, onion and ham.
Put the mixture in a pie maker, bake for 4-5 minutes, open and put a piece of cheese in the center of each cupcake, pressing it so that it enters slightly. Bake for another 4-5 minutes.
If you do not have such an appliance, use the same recipe and make muffins, using a suitable form, putting the pieces of yellow cheese in the filling before baking.
