How To Cook Mini Stalks With Cinnamon And Powdered Sugar - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Mini stalks with cinnamon and powdered sugar". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 egg
  • 80 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of raisins
  • 1/2 cup candied fruit
  • 100 grams of nuts of your choice and optional
  • 125 grams of butter
  • packet of vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cardamom
  • 230-250 grams of cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Cut the softened butter into pieces, mix it with the sugar and beat until creamy. Beat the egg and stir.

In a separate bowl, sift the flour and add the aromatic spices. Then gradually start adding it to the butter mass, stirring to break up any lumps.

When the dough thickens, but is still soft, pour into it pre-soaked in water raisins, finely chopped candied fruit (you can replace with dried) and nuts.

Knead a soft elastic dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Then divide it into 3 parts, roll them to a thickness of 1.5-2 centimeters and give them the same length.

Place the two next to each other and press them, put the third on them, also pressing to the first.

The resulting "pile" cut into pieces 3 cm long, arrange in a tray, the bottom of which you have covered with parchment or greased.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until golden brown (10-15 minutes).

Serve the cupcakes with powdered sugar.

Enjoy your meal!
