 Necessary products:

 

  • 5 eggs
  • 200 milliliters of cooking cream
  • a handful of peas
  • two carrots
  • one onion
  • a red pepper
  • a green pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • nutmeg
  • 60 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil and add diced carrots. After ten minutes, strain and cool the vegetables. Fry the chopped onions and peppers in hot olive oil, add a handful of peas, beat the eggs, pour the cream and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add all the vegetables, finally sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and stir. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, grease a muffin tin and spread the egg mixture. Bake for 30 minutes and serve warm, garnished with a sauce of your choice.
