Required products :

  • 175 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 broken eggs
  • 300 milliliters of cold whole milk
  • 150 milliliters of cold water
  • 15 milliliters of oil

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour with the salt into a bowl. Make a well in the middle and pour the beaten eggs, milk and water there. Stir until smooth, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 210 degrees. Grease 12 muffin tins with oil and place in the oven to heat for 5 minutes.

Take the dough out of the fridge and mix it one last time. Carefully distribute the filling between the 12 forms, being careful not to overfill them. Bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
