Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of flour
  • 300 grams of wholemeal flour
  • 42 grams of may
  • 350 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 50 grams of olive oil
  • 10 grams of salt
  • 100 grams of pitted olives
  • 3 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 50 grams of pine nuts
  • 10 grams of butter for spreading

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, combine the flour and add chopped fresh mint, 25 grams of pine nuts, salt and finely chopped olives. Dissolve the yeast in the milk, add the olive oil and pour over the flour.

Make dough, put it in a greased pan and wait for it to double in volume. Melt butter and glaze the bread with it.

Sprinkle with remaining nuts and chopped mint. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Cool, break and serve the bread.
