Required products :
50 milliliters of liquid cream with 35% fat
3 teaspoons ground coffee
50 milliliters of mint liqueur
50 milliliters of coffee liqueur
dark chocolate for decoration
Method of preparation :
Pour the ground coffee into a pot, pour 350 milliliters of water and place on the stove. Bring the liquid to a boil, but do not boil. Remove from the heat, leave for 4-5 minutes, then strain.
Divide the two types of liqueur into two suitable tall glasses and stir. Top up with hot coffee.
Whip the cream and decorate the drink with it. Finish the arrangement with grated dark chocolate. You can also add fresh seasonal fruits if you wish.
