Required products :

  • 100-150 grams of mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoons of water + another 1/2 teaspoon of gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 sachet of gelatin
  • green food coloring optional

 

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the gelatin in water following the instructions on the package.

Fill the mint leaves with water and place on the stove to boil the liquid. For a more saturated color of the finished dessert you can add a drop of green food coloring. Then strain the liquid and allow to cool slightly. Then add the sugar, including vanilla, lemon juice and gelatin. Stir and distribute in suitable molds, which are stored in the refrigerator.

When the dessert is firm enough, decorate with mint leaves, pieces of green fruit, a favorite glaze or as you see fit.
