Necessary products:

 

  • 4 teaspoons fresh kale (kale)
  • 150 grams of chopped carrots
  • 100 grams of cooked broccoli
  • 100 grams of green beans or peas
  • 100 grams of blueberries
  • 50 grams of Indian cashews
  • 50 grams of walnuts
  • 30 grams of sunflower seeds
  • 50 grams of dried cranberries
  • 1 bunch fresh mint

 

for dressing

 

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • juice of one lemon
  • chopped garlic clove

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut and put the kale in the salad bowl. Add chopped carrots, broccoli, green beans or peas, blueberries, cashews, walnuts, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries and finely chopped mint. Stir and make the dressing by mixing olive oil with honey, mustard, lemon juice and finely chopped garlic. Garnish the salad with the resulting sauce, cool and serve.
